Unlock My Money Immediately

On 1/10/2026 I deposited 1000 rupees into my Parimatch account to use specifically in casino games. After the deposit, when I attempted to play, the system displayed the message “balance is temporarily locked by bonus” and the deposited amount could not be used in casino games. I did not select, activate or use any bonus, campaign or promo code during this deposit. Despite this, my balance appears to be locked as if it is tied to a bonus, and I cannot freely use the money I deposited for its intended purpose. I have not yet been able to reach customer support about this issue. I request that my deposited balance be immediately and urgently unlocked, that the full amount of 1000 rupees be made instantly available for use in casino games without any restriction, and that any unintended or incorrect bonus-related lock on my account be removed without further delay.
