I Face Impulsebrain Unauthorized €29 Charges Without Subscription

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges that I am receiving from impulsebrain.com, even though I am not subscribed to any of their services. The payments are being taken from my account without my consent, and the most recent charge of 29 euros was made today; it is the second time I have been charged this amount. I have never knowingly activated a subscription with this company, and I do not see any active subscription in my usual subscriptions section. The charges appear to be linked to the email address cox67**@gmail.com, but I have not been able to contact anyone at impulsebrain.com to clarify the situation or to block these payments. It is impossible to reach customer support through the channels I have found, so at the moment, I have no way to manage or cancel what appears to be a subscription. With this complaint, I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or account associated with my email address on impulsebrain.com, and I ask that no further charges be made to my payment method. I also request to be refunded for at least one of the two fraudulent charges already made, and I ask you to verify how these charges were activated, since I did not authorize this subscription.
