Booking.com AI Won’t Connect Me to Human Support

I cannot reach a real person at Booking.com because the AI does not understand my issue and will not transfer my call to... a human representative. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in the travel industry. I cancelled a room, and Booking.com removed the booking from its site
