Kumho PS71 Sidewall Cracks Could Cause Blowout

I purchased Kumho PS71 tires for my vehicle. After driving about 6,000–7,000 km, I noticed long cracks running along the... inner sidewalls of the tires. I removed them and replaced them with a new set of Kumho PS71s, but when I checked again, the same cracks appeared across the entire inner sidewalls.
