I'm having the same issue and so I went to contact support and got the Chatbot. And the chat but told me to contact customer service or click [here] so I clicked [here] for more information and it took me right back to their website. And in big old circle, chasing my tale. I can't find a way to actually contact someone. Did you ever figure it out? Only had $18 left in it tanka God. I'd be so livid if it was a lump sum.
