Amazon Refuses Replacement After MacBook M4 Keyboard Hardware Failure
I purchased an Apple MacBook M4 2025 from Amazon, and in August three keys on the keyboard suddenly stopped working due ...to what appears to be a hardware fault. The device has been used under normal conditions, and there was no impact, liquid contact or any misuse that could have caused this problem.
