Amazon Refuses Replacement After MacBook M4 Keyboard Hardware Failure

I purchased an Apple MacBook M4 2025 from Amazon, and in August three keys on the keyboard suddenly stopped working due to what appears to be a hardware fault. The device has been used under normal conditions, and there was no impact, liquid contact or any misuse that could have caused this problem. I contacted customer service and the only solution offered to me was a repair. I do not find this sufficient, because a relatively new and high‑end device should not develop such a hardware defect in such a short time, and I do not want to be left with a repaired product when the fault is not caused by me. In this context, I request either a refund based on the current value of the device or a replacement with an identical, undamaged MacBook. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for my consumer rights to be taken into account.
