I noticed that an annual credit card fee of [₺553.88] was charged to my İş Bankası Maximum credit card statement dated [...05.07.2025]. According to Article 28 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulations, it is clearly stated that credit card fees cannot be collected from consu
