I Request a Refund for the Annual Fee on My Credit Card

I noticed that an annual credit card fee of [₺553.88] was charged to my İş Bankası Maximum credit card statement dated [05.07.2025]. According to Article 28 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulations, it is clearly stated that credit card fees cannot be collected from consumers. In this regard, I request a full refund of the charged annual fee. Otherwise, I will proceed to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I kindly request that the fee be refunded as soon as possible.
