On August 11, I attempted to make a hotel reservation via Agoda for Kyveli Hotel Aparts Chios. However, due to a system ...error, the reservation was made for August 7 instead. I contacted both Agoda customer service and the hotel to request a date change, but neither party offered a solution or accept
