Agoda Reservation Error - Refusal to Modify

On August 11, I attempted to make a hotel reservation via Agoda for Kyveli Hotel Aparts Chios. However, due to a system error, the reservation was made for August 7 instead. I contacted both Agoda customer service and the hotel to request a date change, but neither party offered a solution or accepted responsibility for the error. Agoda customer service simply stated they were sorry but could not do anything, and the hotel also said they were unable to help. Although I never used the reservation, it still appears as active in the system, and the amount of ₺5,593 was charged to my credit card. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I am requesting that Agoda correct the date error on my reservation and resolve my grievance. My reservation number is 5660***43.

They never help me. Their own app has made me a victim. They say the Hotel doesn't accept it and then throw it away. It's your app. Why are we expecting a solution from the Hotel, and why aren't you helping at ALL? Then give me at least a 100% discount so I can buy it again.
