On August 11, I attempted to make a hotel reservation via Agoda for Kyveli Hotel Aparts Chios. However, due to a system error, the reservation was made for August 7 instead. I contacted both Agoda customer service and the hotel to request a date change, but neither party offered a solution or accepted responsibility for the error. Agoda customer service simply stated they were sorry but could not do anything, and the hotel also said they were unable to help. Although I never used the reservation, it still appears as active in the system, and the amount of ₺5,593 was charged to my credit card. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue.
