On 11/03/2026, I made two payments to deposit money into my BDGWin game account via BDG bank. My BDGWin user ID is 13232...***. BDG payment of ₹500 is shown as credited to my account, but I have not received it. I have already submitted all required documents, including the PDF of my bank statement and the video recording, yet there is still no resolution. Your system response says the relevant department is reviewing, but it has been too long with no update.
