BDGWin Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe And Google Pay Payment

On 11/03/2026, I made two payments to deposit money into my BDGWin game account via BDG bank. My BDGWin user ID is 13232***. The first payment was a UPI transfer of 1,000 using the PhonePe app, and the second payment was for 500 using the Google Pay app. Both amounts have been debited from my PhonePe and Google Pay accounts, but neither has been credited to my BDG bank account nor to my BDGWin game balance. I have already submitted a complaint through the BDGWin app, but my issue is still not resolved. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience, and I am very unhappy that both deposits are missing. I have screenshots showing that both payments were successfully completed from my side. I request that these missing deposits of 1,000 and 500 be investigated urgently and that the total amount be credited to me immediately, either to my BDG bank account or properly added to my BDGWin game balance without any further delay.



BDG payment of ₹500 is shown as credited to my account, but I have not received it. I have already submitted all required documents, including the PDF of my bank statement and the video recording, yet there is still no resolution. Your system response says the relevant department is reviewing, but it has been too long with no update.
