Someone Hacked My Account and Supercell Offers No Support
My Clash of Clans account was hacked between 2:00 am and 8:00 am on August 24, and someone used Supercell ID to link it ...to another Gmail address. I have had the same problem. Their ingame chat system interrupts my chat with an agent and ask for the last 4 digits of the phone number that the hacker used. Someone hacken in my game account and linked it with another Supercell ID ı'm guessing. The email support can't and won't help me they say. I lost my account of well over 7 years because someone hacken and changed account information. Now ı look suspicious for trying to GET my account back. They should Fix there support system, and use a decent live chat method instead of the otto bot.
