I purchased a Segway F2 electric scooter from Media Markt, and during the setup stage the kickstand (footstand) broke of...f in my hand. No pressure or force was applied—it simply detached unexpectedly. The next day, I contacted the authorized service center to report the issue. Instead of offering as
