On 31 October 2026 I deposited ₺2,000 to my BC Game account via bank transfer/FAST. Although more than one day has passe...d, this amount has still not been credited to my balance. After I reported the situation, they repeatedly asked me for documents. I sent them the PDF receipt, screenshots and even
