BC Game Failed to Credit My Bank Transfer Deposit
On 31 October 2026 I deposited ₺2,000 to my BC Game account via bank transfer/FAST. Although more than one day has passed, this amount has still not been credited to my balance. After I reported the situation, they repeatedly asked me for documents. I sent them the PDF receipt, screenshots and even a video clearly showing the successful ₺2,000 transfer, but they kept stalling and did not resolve the issue. I request that the ₺2,000 I transferred be immediately credited to my BC Game balance without any further delay.
