My Card Was Charged Without Permission and No Help Was Provided
On August 11, an unauthorized charge of ₺1,459.99 was made to my card, linked to my Tokat Merkez Branch account through ...the Akbank mobile application, in the name of “YDS Google wu zeyuan.” According to information I received from customer service, this transaction was attempted 2-3 times, yet I was
