I’ve been using Melbet for a long time, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a huge disappointment. I currently have ₺12,000 stuck in my account, and the platform is refusing to let me withdraw it.
They demanded a long list of documents, which I’ve submitted, but still, nothing is being processed. Their support is completely unresponsive—I’ve requested phone calls, but no one ever contacts me. Email communication is also a dead end; they either don’t reply or keep stalling without giving any real updates or solutions.
It feels like I’m being intentionally ignored, despite doing everything by the book. I’m now left with my money locked and no real way to get help.
