Melbet won’t let me withdraw my 548,800 drams and is ignoring all my support requests. I’ve been a long-time user, but this recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My funds are stuck in the account, and despite submitting all the documents they asked for, nothing has moved forward. The complaint team says my documents are correct, while the security team insists they aren’t. I eventually provided everything the security team requested, but since then, all communication has stopped. I’ve asked for phone calls—no response. Emails go unanswered or receive vague replies with no real progress. It feels like I’m being deliberately ignored, even though I followed every rule. My money is locked with no way to access it, and support has been completely unhelpful. Melbet, I demand that my 548,800 drams withdrawal be approved immediately and that a real person is assigned to resolve this. Your current level of service is unacceptable and destroys any trust users may have in your platform.
