I am submitting a complaint regarding my Melbet account with ID 562839*** On March 14, I submitted a withdrawal request for 5400 EGP via e‑wallet. The request was accepted in the system, but it has not been processed for several days and the funds have still not been paid out to me. My account details are completely up to date and I had already completed the verification process before making this withdrawal request. Despite this, I have not received any clear explanation for the delay, nor have I been given any indication that there is an issue with my account or with this transaction. I contacted Melbet customer support several times, most recently on March 16, but the responses I received were vague and unhelpful. Instead of providing a specific reason for the delay or a concrete timeframe, I was repeatedly directed to read the FAQ, which does not address my situation or explain why my withdrawal is being held. It now feels as though my withdrawal request is simply being ignored, even though this is money I won fairly and am fully entitled to receive. I have not received any warning, detailed justification, or official notice explaining why my 5400 EGP cannot be processed. I request a clear and specific explanation for the delay in processing my withdrawal and an immediate review of my account and this transaction. I also ask that my 5400 EGP withdrawal be processed without any further delay and the full amount paid out to me as soon as possible.
