Melbet Withdrawal Delayed – 72-Hour Wait Despite 24-Hour Promise

On February 9, 2026, I submitted multiple withdrawal requests via Interac e-Transfer from my Melbet account (ID: 1545019833). The amounts total $35, $15, $10, $10, $5, $11, and $68.

According to your own policies, withdrawals should be processed within 24 hours. However, more than 72 hours have now passed, and I have not received any payment.

During this time, I contacted your customer service team several times by email. Each time, I received the same standard response stating that my request is “under review by the security department,” without any specific explanation of what checks are being conducted or the actual reason for the delay.

I play fairly, have not used any bonus offers, and have always placed my bets in accordance with your rules. Therefore, I do not understand why my withdrawals have been blocked for such a long time.

This situation is extremely frustrating and concerning, as I am currently left without funds and with many unanswered questions.

If Melbet is experiencing payment issues or additional delays, I believe users should be informed transparently, rather than having their withdrawals left in processing indefinitely with the same automated response.

I therefore request that all my pending withdrawals be processed and paid out as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation for this delay and the alleged security checks being carried out.
