On March 15, 2026, at approximately 1:43 PM, I deposited $281 into my Melbet account via bank transfer. However, this amount has still not been reflected in my account balance.
I have the transfer receipt and all transaction details, yet the deposit does not appear in my account. I contacted Melbet customer service and live support about this issue, but instead of providing a solution or clear information, they dismissed my concerns and ended the conversation.
I was not given any clear explanation as to where my money went or why it was not credited. I now request that my $281 be urgently refunded directly to my Ziraat Bank account, from which I made the transfer, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation of what happened to this transaction.
