Garena Has Not Helped Me Recover My Hacked Free Fire Account

For about 6 months, I have been completely unable to log into my Free Fire account that was linked to my Facebook account on my mobile phone because my account appears to have been hacked.

Since losing access, I have not been able to use my game account at all. This has been extremely frustrating because I invested a significant amount of time and effort into the account, and now I am completely locked out without any solution.

I tried contacting both Facebook support and Free Fire (Garena) support regarding this situation in hopes of recovering my account. Unfortunately, despite my attempts, I never received any response, assistance, or meaningful feedback from either side.

I am very disappointed that such a serious account security issue has remained unresolved for such a long period of time and that I have been left without support or communication for months.

With this complaint, I request that my hacked Free Fire account linked to Facebook be urgently investigated, recovered, and returned to me as soon as possible so I can regain access to my account again.
