Melbet Deposit Still Not Credited After Days

I am writing to report a problem with the deposit of 900 Algerian dinars into my account on the Melbet platform. On 15/01/2026, I deposited exactly 900 Algerian dinars via the Baridi Mob application. The amount was successfully deducted from my Baridi Mob account, but it has not been added to my Malbet balance, and more than two and a half days have passed without any change. I have all the necessary proof, including screenshots and the transaction details from Baridi Mob, which clearly show that the payment was completed from my side. However, my balance on Malbet still does not reflect this deposit. I contacted Malbet customer service about this issue, but I have not received any response. I kindly request that the missing amount of 900 Algerian dinars be added to my Malbet balance as soon as possible, and I would also like to receive a clear explanation for the failure to credit this deposit despite it being deducted from my Baridi Mob account and despite the time that has passed.

Remove the ban and return my money. Is it reasonable for a company to fail in credibility to this extent? Continuing like this without solving customers’ problems.

To the management of Melbet and the relevant support team, I am sending you this message as a final escalation regarding a deposit issue that has still not been resolved, despite the time frame clearly specified by your team. I was explicitly informed by Melbet support that if the deposit amount was not credited after 5 days, I should contact you again. I followed your instructions, waited the full period, and contacted you once more, but I received no response. This is unacceptable. I confirm once again: The deposit amount was successfully deducted from my account via Baridi Mob. The transaction was completed on my side, and I have all official proof. I have contacted you multiple times and provided all the required information. This situation puts me in a position I cannot accept and forces me to believe there is negligence or deliberate delay in resolving this issue. I formally and finally demand one of the following: Either the deposit amount is credited to my balance immediately, or I receive an official written response clearly explaining the reason for the delay up to now.

Five days have passed without resolving my issue related to a deposit transaction recorded on my Melbet account via the Baridi Mob application. On 15/01/2026 at 14:49, an amount of 900.00 Algerian dinars was deducted from my Baridi Mob account, but this amount has not been credited to my Melbet balance to this day. I have contacted support, but the issue has still not been resolved and I have not received any update, despite having all the required proof (correct transaction details and payment screenshots).
