I requested a bank transfer withdrawal from my Melbet account on 05/01/2026 to my IndusInd Bank account. The amount of 23,900 was deducted from my Melbet balance, but the money has not been credited to my bank account. I contacted Melbet customer support about this problem and they informed me that the withdrawal request has been successfully paid out from their side. However, despite this information, the funds are still not visible or available in my bank account. I kindly request that the 23,900 be deposited into my IndusInd Bank account as soon as possible or that this issue be fully investigated and resolved so that I actually receive the money.
