Melbet Closed My Account Without Giving Any Reason

I had an active account on Melbet, which was suddenly closed on 14 December 2025 when I tried to withdraw my balance. At that moment, there were 15,500 rupees in my account. Instead of processing my withdrawal, Melbet blocked my account and sent me an email accusing me of fraud and stating that all bets from my gaming account were allegedly made in violation of their rules. In their email, Melbet wrote that they decided to stop any collaboration with me, close my gaming account, cancel bets if needed, and that this decision was final and would not be reviewed. They also said that all my future requests about the blocking would be ignored and that I should not create any new accounts. I completely reject these accusations, because I have not done anything wrong or violated their rules to my knowledge. After receiving this message, I contacted Melbet customer support and was only told that this was their final decision, without any clear explanation, evidence, or specific rule that I supposedly violated. I was not given any chance to defend myself, submit documents, or clarify the situation, and I still do not understand why my account was closed and my balance was frozen. I request that my case be reviewed transparently, that I be provided with a clear explanation and proof of any alleged violation, and that my 15,500 rupee balance be released to me if no concrete evidence of fraud exists. I also ask for my account to be reinstated or, at the very least, for a fair and documented resolution instead of generic accusations and a “final” decision with no right to appeal.
