Melbet Withdrawal 'Processed' But Never Funded - Urgent Help!

I am filing this complaint regarding a serious case of online financial fraud involving a platform called Melbet, which claims to facilitate digital payments and withdrawals. On 23.10.2025, I requested a withdrawal of ₹30,000 from my Melbet account (Player ID: 1133682***, Payment Query No.: 9203767). The platform later confirmed that my withdrawal had been successfully processed and provided me with a UTR/reference number — PUNBN62025102408279508. However, the said amount has not been credited to my registered bank account even after several days. I immediately contacted my bank and shared the UTR number. The bank verified the details and confirmed that no such transaction exists, and no amount of ₹30,000 has been credited to my account against the mentioned UTR. The bank also clarified that if a transaction fails, the amount is automatically reversed to the sender’s account. Following the platform’s instructions, I obtained and shared an official letter from my bank (on letterhead, stamped and signed) confirming that the amount was not received in my account. This letter was provided to Melbet over 10 days ago. Despite receiving this document, Melbet continues to ignore my repeated follow-ups, refuses to take corrective action, and is still withholding my funds. This behavior strongly indicates that Melbet is operating fraudulently, deliberately avoiding payment to users under false pretenses. Their actions are deceptive, non-transparent, and clearly intended to mislead customers and withhold their legitimate money. I am submitting this complaint so that an investigation can be initiated immediately to trace the funds associated with UTR: PUNBN62025102408279508, identify the operators behind Melbet, and take legal action to protect other citizens.

I was asked to submit the video of my account statement showing that no such transaction has taken place and it submitted by me immediately. Even after that payment query has been closed stating that melbet can not help me regarding this transaction.

But i have received the amount and provided you with all the evidence for the same including up to date account statement, letter from the bank stating that no such amount has been credited in my account with this utr and i have also provided you a video of my account statement showing all my transactions.
