My Melbet account, registered on the official Melbet website, has been blocked, and I am being denied access to my own funds totaling about $440. On January 25, I attempted to withdraw money from my balance, but the withdrawal was rejected. Customer support explained this as a “technical error” and said it would be fixed soon.
On January 26, the issue still had not been resolved, and I received the same explanation about a technical malfunction that was supposedly being fixed. On January 27, I deposited an additional $264, and when I attempted to place a bet (no bets were actually placed), I was logged out of my account. After that, my account became blocked.
On January 27, I contacted Melbet support to ask why I could no longer log in. After that, I received an email requesting additional verification along with a list of documents. I provided all the requested documents three times, but I never received any response. I then sent two separate emails and completed video verification, but Melbet has completely ignored these requests.
All of my follow-up questions asking whether any additional verification steps were required have also been ignored. Technical support claims that this issue is not within their authority, and the security department, which is responsible for verification, does not respond to my emails at all. My previously submitted complaint, including all attached documents, was also effectively ignored.
In their response to that complaint, Melbet requested my player ID, which I cannot provide because my account is blocked and I have no access to my personal profile. Despite this, I provided the phone number and email address used to register the account, which should be sufficient to identify me in their system, yet there has been no progress from Melbet.
At this time, my Melbet account contains about $440, which I cannot access or withdraw. These funds are not winnings; this is my own deposit. Given the refusal to complete video verification, the lack of responses to my emails, and the prolonged account suspension, I have reason to believe that Melbet is unfairly withholding my money.
I request that clear conditions be provided to resolve this situation and demand that Melbet complete the video verification, allow a supervisor or authorized representative to access my account, and approve the full withdrawal of my $440 deposit. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and fairly.
