I am writing regarding a problem with my Melbet account withdrawal. On January 1, 2026, I attempted to withdraw my balance of 1,896.94 CAD from my account registered in Canada, but I received a message stating that I first needed to pass verification. I completed the verification successfully. After that, I was asked to provide a document proving that I do not have gambling issues. This was difficult to obtain, but I still managed to provide such a document. However, Melbet did not accept it and did not give me any explanation as to why the document was rejected. My account email is registered as mad323***@gmail.com. I can understand if Melbet wants to restrict me from placing new bets or making further deposits for responsible gambling reasons. However, blocking my withdrawals and not allowing me to access funds that I won fairly is, in my opinion, unacceptable. I contacted customer support and was told to reach out to the security team, but this has led nowhere, and I have not received any clear answer or solution. I expect that Melbet allows me to withdraw my current balance and then, if they wish, they can close my account and even restrict me from opening a new one in the future. I am simply asking that my funds be paid out, as other betting sites do, instead of being held without proper justification.
