Melbet Account Balance Blocked After Verification Submitted
I am writing regarding my Melbet account, which is accessed via the official Melbet website and mobile application. My main account balance of 13,354.05 DZM has been blocked for two days, and I am unable to access or withdraw these funds. I use the account from Algeria, and my account ID is 1505369*** with the registered email address zakariaa****@gmail.com. I have never made a successful withdrawal from this account before this problem appeared. After my balance was blocked, I contacted Melbet customer support to understand the reason and resolve the issue. They requested identity verification and payment-related documents, including my ID and payment screenshots. I fully complied and submitted all the requested files and information. Despite this, support responded with the message: “Unfortunately, without providing the requested files any further consultations are impossible. Following messages from you will be ignored.” This message is unfair and unacceptable, as I had already provided everything they asked for. My clear expectation is that Melbet immediately unblocks my main account and releases my full balance of 13,354.05 DZM without further delay. I request that the verification process be completed promptly, based on the documents I have already submitted, instead of using vague “authorization errors” to justify blocking my funds. I also ask for a clear, written explanation for the blocking of my account and access to my money. If Melbet claims a violation of its terms, I expect them to indicate the exact rule and provide concrete evidence rather than hiding behind a so-called final decision with no right to appeal. If Melbet insists on voiding my winnings or refuses to release the full balance, I demand at minimum a full refund of all the deposits I have made to this account, in line with the general principle that players should be able to withdraw their original stakes if withdrawals have not exceeded that amount. In addition, due to the stress, financial anxiety and the dismissive response I received after fully complying with security procedures, I request fair compensation for the delays and the way my case has been handled. I expect Melbet to review this situation urgently, restore access to my funds and provide a proper, documented response.
