On August 11, 2025, I submitted a ₺4,000 withdrawal request from my Melbet account using the bank transfer method. However, I accidentally entered an IBAN number that belongs to me but is no longer active. Although the transaction appears as “completed” in the system, no funds have been deposited into my account.
I contacted Melbet customer service via email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I have never experienced a problem like this before.
I request that the withdrawn amount be refunded to my Melbet account or that a new withdrawal transaction be initiated. My account number is 246721207, and I urgently request assistance in resolving this issue.
