On September 11, 2025, at 14:40, I attempted to withdraw ₺2000 from my Melbet account to my Ziraat Bank IBAN. However, the system repeatedly showed an error message: “IBAN format invalid.” The transaction could not be completed.
To confirm, I also tried the same withdrawal process using my Yapı Kredi Bank IBAN, but I received the exact same error. Clearly, the issue is not with my bank details but with Melbet’s withdrawal system.
I contacted Melbet customer service to resolve the problem, but no solution or explanation was provided. My balance remains in my account, but I am unable to access my funds. My account details are as follows: username Kemalaksu, account number 1382248129. The withdrawal attempt was made via the “Withdrawal > Bank Transfer” menu option.
I am demanding that this issue be resolved immediately and that my ₺2000 withdrawal request be processed without further delay. Customers should not face technical barriers when trying to withdraw their own money, and I expect Melbet to fix this system error promptly.
