MeetMyAge Still Charging After Unsubscribe
I have been using a paid subscription on the MeetMyAge platform from Turkey and, after about one month of use, I decided to unsubscribe. During the cancellation process, I attempted to cancel my subscription, but the subscription was not properly closed and the billing did not stop as expected. The cancellation did not seem to fully take effect, and the subscription-related payment continued to be processed even though I was trying to end the service. I do not have the exact date recorded, but this issue occurred when I tried to unsubscribe after about a month of subscription. After noticing that the charges were still being processed, I contacted MeetMyAge customer support. They informed me that they would solve my problem, but despite this assurance, the situation has not been resolved and I have not received any written confirmation or email regarding the cancellation or the handling of my complaint. As a result, I am left uncertain about the status of my subscription and the payments that have been taken. I request that my subscription be fully and definitively cancelled, that any further charges be immediately stopped, and that I receive clear information on what went wrong during the cancellation process so that this issue does not happen again. I also ask that my account and billing status be reviewed for any improper charges after my cancellation attempt and that the necessary corrections be made. I expect MeetMyAge to provide a transparent explanation and written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and the problem has been resolved.
