A Tefal X-Force Flex Upright Vacuum Cleaner, sold at Media Markt Trabzon Forum, began malfunctioning within a few months of purchase. Sometimes, it won't charge immediately after plugging it in, the on/off button only works after a third consecutive press, and the part on the vacuum cleaner's mouthpiece ejects itself during vacuuming. We've believed it's been faulty since the day we bought it. Having trusted Tefal's warranty, quality, and previous purchases from Tefal, we were completely dissatisfied with the service, product, and warranty process. We sent the product to Media Markt for warranty service, but it was returned without any action. We were then directed to another branch, where they simply changed the title to ₺3,000. They claimed it wasn't covered by the warranty. We are requesting support regarding the product.
