Media Markt Sold a Defective LG 55NANO916PA TV But Denies Any Liability

I bought an LG 55NANO916PA TV and got a device protection policy from Media Markt on January 18, 2023. The TV was delivered on January 19th, 2023. I bought it to use in the future as part of a wedding package, but I haven't installed it yet. When my order arrived, Media Markt told me that only authorized service personnel should handle the setup, so I didn't try to open the box or do anything myself. After my furniture, including the TV unit, was delivered on October 24, 2023, I reached out to LG Turkey to schedule the TV installation. LG's official dealer, Güneş Elektronik, found a cracked screen while setting up the device. They made a note of this in a report that will be sent to LG Turkey for further action. But LG Turkey wouldn't replace the product because they said the box was damaged, even though the damage on the box didn't match the TV screen. I went to Media Markt on October 28, 2023, but the authorities weren't there. They told me that they would talk to the Media Markt headquarters about the situation and get back to me later. But they quickly communicated with the headquarters and let me know that they wouldn't do anything until they received a new report from LG. LG and Media Markt both ignored my complaints after selling me a broken TV, leaving me stuck in the middle of their blame game. They seem professional at first, but after you buy something, they don't seem to care.
