On Friday, June 21, 2024, I purchased a display model LG OLED65CS3VA 65" OLED TV from the Teknosa store in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ. Before buying, I carefully inspected the TV and found no issues with the screen or casing. I accepted the product in that condition.

The next day, when the service technicians arrived for installation, we discovered a large scratch on the TV screen while unpacking. The technicians wanted me to sign a document stating I had received the product in perfect condition, but I refused, explaining that this damage must have occurred during removal or packaging. The product box was intact, and the TV was protected by styrofoam, making it unlikely for such damage to occur during transport.

The service team refused to file a report. When I contacted the store for an exchange or refund, they insisted I needed a service report. I'm caught in a frustrating loop with no resolution.

I have a wedding coming up in a couple of months, and this situation is causing me significant stress. The service team was unhelpful, and when I contacted LG Customer Service, they refused to file a report because it was a display model. I didn't buy this TV off the street - I purchased it from a reputable store with a proper invoice.

The service team's attitude was dismissive, suggesting that scratches and dents are normal for display models. However, the TV was in perfect condition when I bought it. Being a display model doesn't justify careless packaging or handling.
