Samsung Sold Me a New RT47CG6636S9TR Refrigerator Damaged on Delivery

On August 8, 2025, I purchased a Samsung RT47CG6636S9TR 465-liter refrigerator from the main Samsung dealer via Hepsiburada. When the authorized service opened the product on September 2, 2025, deep dents on both sides and an oil leak were detected, even though the refrigerator was brand new and unused. Despite repeatedly requesting a report or written document from the service staff, none was provided, and I was only told that I would be informed via SMS. Later, I received a misleading SMS stating that the product was delivered intact and without damage. The order number is 412 615 619 5, and I paid ₺27,799 by credit card. This entire process took place at my address in Şile, Istanbul. The refrigerator was never installed, as the damage was identified at the time of delivery, and it remains unused. As my legal right, I demand a full refund and the return of the product.
When the product was received and afterwards, there were no dents, damages, or tears on the outer packaging. The service team also confirmed this when opening it. However, they later reported the manufacturing defect as if it were a shipping/delivery issue. They concealed this from us. Now, Samsung is taking action based on the report of the technicians who came from the service. I strongly condemn Samsung and especially their service team for victimizing people in this way.
