McDonald's Gave Me Cold Food and Rude Service with No Help at All

We went to McDonald's located on İstemihan Talay Street, Limonluk neighborhood, Yenişehir district, Mersin, on 07.02. 2025 at 19.40 to order. You had placed electronic shopping stands but we did not know how to use them since it was our first time. Two ladies whose names I do not know were discussing something at the cash register on the left. I asked those two ladies how to order and they showed me the stands and said you could order from there. They did not try to help me why did they not condescend to do anything else. Then I tried to order a 2-meatball burger at the order stand but I could not do it since I was new to it. I called out to the same two ladies again and asked for help but they still did not help. Ms. S***, whose name I learned later, came and helped us place our order, with her smiling face and politeness. I took my order at 19:44 and noticed there was ice in the drinks, I took the drinks and headed towards the cash register, again there was no one at the cash register, I called out to what I thought was the kitchen, I said there was ice in my drinks, how did you think of putting ice in the drinks in this weather, two young men from the kitchen came to the cash register as if they were going to a neighborhood fight, their actions and attitudes were very repulsive and rude, when I was choosing my drinks they told me that if I didn't choose without ice they would put ice in them and then they changed it again, unfortunately when I went to my table and opened my burger to eat it I was disappointed again, a burger that bore no resemblance to the picture and cold fries, if McDonald's has developed a new service model and employee model for the Middle East and Turkey, please specify, I have never seen unhelpful, rude, or argumentative employees in Europe or in big cities. The service sector cannot be like this.
