McDonald’s App Share & Earn Feature Fails to Show Referral Code Entry

I have been experiencing an unresolved issue for several weeks with the “Share & Earn” feature in the McDonald’s app. I am using the app for the Eskişehir Bağlar location. In both my account and my friend’s account, we only see the option to share a referral code, but the field where a referral code is supposed to be entered—which should normally be available—does not appear at all for either of us. Because of this, there is no way to enter the referral code I sent to my friend, and we are unable to benefit from the campaign. I have tried to get help both through the app and via the relevant support channels, but unfortunately, no assistance has been provided, and the issue still continues. I request that the referral code entry field for the Share & Earn campaign be reactivated and that the benefits we missed due to this issue be properly credited to our accounts.
