McDonald’s App Fails to Credit Loyalty Points After In-Store Order
At approximately 7:29 PM on January 18, 2026, I experienced issues with both my loyalty points and the contents of my order placed at the McDonald’s İzmir Gaziemir Optimum location. This order was placed through the McDonald’s mobile app, but the points that should have been credited to my account were never added. In addition, the sauce that is supposed to be included with the onion rings I ordered was missing and was not provided to me. My order reference number ends in 0555, and due to these issues, I was inconvenienced both in terms of product delivery and the app experience. I request that McDonald’s fully credit the missing points for this order to my account and compensate for the inconvenience by adding bonus points as goodwill.
