My New BYD Atto 3 Had a Repaired Dent—Dealer Won’t Respond
I purchased a brand-new BYD Atto 3 from BYD D** DRC dealership in Istanbul**, expecting a flawless vehicle. However, when I took the car for ceramic coating, the specialists discovered a repaired dent on the rear right door under special lighting. Additionally, the door panel had been damaged during removal, indicating that repair work was done before delivery—without my knowledge.
I immediately contacted BYD customer service, but despite the urgency of this issue, I received no response. The dealership also ignored my calls. If I’m paying for a brand-new car, why am I receiving a damaged and repaired vehicle? This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and compensation for my financial and emotional distress. BYD, fix this now!
