I have been using Maybelline’s Tattoo Brow Medium Brown Gel for years without any issues. However, over the past two months, the products I ordered from Amazon have shown a serious quality problem. From the very first application, the color shifts to green instead of the expected brown, and the smell is noticeably different compared to the original formula I used to buy.
Nearly the entire contents of the new products I received are like this, and every time I use them, the same issue occurs. This has never happened before, and it raises concerns about either a formula change, quality decline, or possible counterfeit products being distributed through authorized channels.
Although I have not yet contacted Maybelline customer service, I expect this issue to be addressed immediately. I request a product replacement with items that match the original quality I have relied on for years, and I also urge Maybelline to investigate why these recent batches differ so drastically. Loyal customers should not have to worry about safety and quality when purchasing a trusted product.
