The payment was charged to my card, but no subscription became active, and the coins were never credited to my account. I want the money refunded to my account.

According to Google Play, I purchased a subscription from a seller called Webmix. Unless canceled earlier, the subscription is set to renew automatically on June 5, 2026. The purchase details show that I can manage the subscription at any time.
