Massimo Dutti Ignored My Request to Cancel Fraudulent Transaction

On September 9, 2025, a transaction of ₺19,950.00 was made through Massimo Dutti using my Akbank card without my knowledge or authorization. I do not have any membership with Massimo Dutti, and I have no idea how my card information was obtained or used. About 3–4 hours after the transaction took place, I noticed the issue and immediately contacted Massimo Dutti customer service to report that the purchase was not made by me and requested its cancellation.

However, I was offered no assistance whatsoever. Despite notifying them in time and clearly stating that the order was unauthorized, they refused to cancel the transaction or provide any solution.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an incident, and due to the company’s indifference, I have suffered significant stress. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled immediately and the full amount refunded to my card to compensate for both the financial and emotional distress I have endured.
