Massimo Dutti Refused to Cancel Fraudulent Orders Made Without My Consent
This morning, I noticed that my card information had been used without authorization, and two separate purchases — one for ₺2,015 and another for ₺19,950 — had been made on the Massimo Dutti website without my consent. These transactions are currently pending authorization. I’ve had similar experiences with other websites before, and they immediately canceled the orders after verifying the situation.
However, despite contacting Massimo Dutti multiple times, I keep receiving the same response: “We cannot cancel the orders; please contact your bank.” Yet canceling the orders directly through the website would be the quickest and most effective way to prevent financial loss.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I am requesting that Massimo Dutti cancel these unauthorized orders and refund the full amounts to my card to resolve this situation.
