Massimo Dutti Ignored My Fraud Complaint for Unauthorized Purchase
A purchase was made through Massimo Dutti using my credit card without my knowledge or authorization. I contacted the brand’s customer service via WhatsApp to report the issue. However, I was told that without the membership information associated with the purchase, they could not provide any details or cancel the order.
I filed a transaction dispute with my bank, but Massimo Dutti’s customer service did not assist in canceling the order or initiating any investigation. It is unacceptable for a brand to refuse support in a situation involving an unauthorized and fraudulent transaction.
I request that Massimo Dutti provide the necessary assistance, take responsibility for the issue, and resolve the customer’s grievance caused by this unauthorized purchase.
