I Face Serious Security Breach and Unauthorized Spending on Massimo Dutti Platform

On August 28 and 29, four unauthorized transactions totaling ₺105,000 were made using my İş Bank credit card ending in 1714, without my knowledge or consent. Although the physical card was with me, these online purchases were processed through iyzico and Moka United, appearing as transactions from the Massimo Dutti brand.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I immediately contacted İş Bank customer service and filed a dispute for the unauthorized charges. I also canceled my card and requested a new one. However, these transactions have already appeared on my credit card statement, and I will not be making any payments for them. The only response I received from the bank was that “the investigation will be concluded within 35 days.”

I urgently request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. I do not feel safe during this process, and I have been severely affected. I expect a full investigation of these unauthorized transactions and a complete refund of all amounts withdrawn from my card without my consent.
