Massimo Dutti Ignored My Complaint About Color Fading T-Shirt

About three months ago, I purchased a men’s black t-shirt from the Massimo Dutti Mall of Istanbul store for ₺1,250. After a short period of use, the color started fading. I took the product back to the store and requested a refund or exchange. However, the staff told me that the issue might have been caused by a washing or drying error and said they would send the item for inspection. So far, I haven’t received any update about the inspection results.
It’s very disappointing that a product I used only briefly developed such a problem, and the long delay in resolving the issue has caused additional frustration. I request a full refund for the defective t-shirt.
