1xBet Money Balance Problem


I have an account on the Marsbahis platform with the username “Ewheil***”. I requested a withdrawal of ₺110,000 from my Marsbahis account to my VakıfBank account. My first withdrawal request failed and the amount was transferred back to my site balance. After that, I submitted a new withdrawal request for the same amount. On 13 May, this second withdrawal appears as “successful” in the system, but the money has not been credited to my VakıfBank account. Currently, I can log into my Marsbahis account, my account appears active and my balance is shown as ₺0.91 so the ₺110,000 balance is not visible in the system either. Although the withdrawal transaction appears as completed in my transaction history, no payment has been made to me. When I contact live support to get help about this issue, the chat is terminated as soon as I state my username and no explanation is provided. I was told that I should send an e‑mail, but I cannot find a valid e‑mail address on the site, so I cannot reach anyone in writing either. I request a clear explanation about the fate of my money and demand that the amount of ₺110,000 be paid to me immediately.
